Eternal Elegance Jewelry guarantees that the accessory purchased is high-quality and manufactured under strict quality controls. You can return your purchased item within 14 days of purchase. To process a return, email us at eejewelry18@gmail.com with your order number.

You must return the items in salable condition, unused and undamaged in the original packaging. Items sent outside this deadline will be rejected. Shipping costs for items sent for return belong exclusively to the customer.  Sales of sale items are final, and we cannot refund them.

It's important to note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless we are responsible for errors on the shipping label. This information is crucial to ensure you are fully informed and avoid potential misunderstandings.

If any of the items to be returned show signs of wear or have been damaged, we cannot accept an exchange. It's crucial that these items are in optimal condition when they reach our hands, underscoring the importance of your role in the return process.

FAULTY GOODS

Our products have been carefully checked and inspected before being placed in their packaging. If, for any reason, your item is defective or damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately at eejewelry18@gmail.com. You must attach an image of the item to the email to see how your product looks before it reaches us. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.

If more than 24 hours have passed since the delivery of your items, we cannot help you. The products will be considered "misuse by the buyer," misuse being understood as damage caused by improper use of the product, accidents, exposure to chemicals, or alterations made by third parties.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your payment method within ten business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund if more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return. UNDELIVERED PARCELS

  • If, for any reason, you are not at home

  • If the courier cannot find a safe place to leave the package

  • If you have not yet paid the customs tax (only for international orders)

  • The package is not returned

When the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, so you must place a new order if you still want the items.
